OBITUARY

Laura M. Nyswaner, 92 of Beallsville, PA died Friday May 9, 2014 in the Washington Hospital.
She was born April 26, 1922 in Clover Hill, PA a daughter of the late Glenn H. and Mary Phillips Pepper.
Mrs. Nyswaner was a 1940 graduate of California High School.
A homemaker, Mrs. Nyswaner served her country by working as an inspector in a Munitions Plant in Glassport during WWII.
She was a lifelong member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Coal Center where she served as a Sunday School teacher.
Family and church were the two most important things in her life.
Her husband, William Nyswaner died August 20, 2004.
Surviving are two daughters – Mary Elizabeth Miller (Barry D.) of Scenery Hill, PA and Judy Davis (Mickey) of Fredericktown, PA; Five grandchildren – Keith Miller (Danita), Jeff Miller (Kathleen), Amy Niccolai (Brian), Aaron Davis (Gina) and Michael Davis (Catherine); Eleven great grandchildren; One brother – Bob Leeper of Burton, OH; One sister-in-law, June Pepper of Centerville, PA; Several nieces and nephews.
Deceased in addition to her parents and husband are two brothers – Paul and Robert Pepper.

Friends will be received Monday from 6 to 8 PM and Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, 2830 Main St. Beallsville, PA where services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday May 14, 2014 with Pastor Ken Custer officiating. Interment will follow in the Beallsville Cemetery. The family suggest Memorial Contributions be made to the Grace United Methodist Church, 420 California Drive, Coal Center, PA 15423.
